As I said in my last post, I haven’t written in a week. Family trumped writing this year, folks. I said on Day 10 that I’d be very pleased if I reached 26,503 words. I had secretly hoped that I’d go above and beyond that, but I didn’t. In the end, I only made it to 27,184, but it was still over 26,503. I declare it a success! How did NaNoWriMo go for you? Did you take a gander at my Pinterest board and conclude that Dissonance will be an intriguing YA novel?
Here’s hoping to more prolific writing endeavors in the future! Too bad I just got a new job so I’ll be even busier, but hey, here I come TESOL world. You better watch out.
